You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. 2. We'll send you tracking information. Once your items have been booked with the courier, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive it. 3. You or someone you have appointed must be available to accept and check your delivery. On delivery, you will be asked to sign the delivery form/waybill or provide the OTP sent to the cellphone number supplied with your order. This confirms receipt of the items listed on that delivery. Please note that multiple items may be packed together or delivered in multiple boxes under the same waybill. Before accepting the delivery, please check that all boxes and items listed on the waybill have been received. 4. Please inspect your order for damage.You, or the person accepting the order on your behalf, should open and inspect the package for breakages or visible damage. Any visible courier damage must be reported to Lighting.co.za within 48 hours of delivery/signing the waybill. We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this period. 5. If an item is unavailable, our team will contact you to offer a suitable alternative, store/account credit or a full refund. Refund payments may take up to 10 days. 6. Please check your delivery details carefully. Ensure that your delivery address and street postal code are correct when placing your order. Lighting.co.za cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery information. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. 7. Waiting for a back-order item? We do our best to provide clear product images, dimensions, materials and specifications online. But we understand that sometimes, once an item arrives, it may simply not be right for your space. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as clear and straightforward as possible.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
You have 7 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and protective wrapping.
Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product value, excluding shipping charges to and from you.
When resealing boxes, please use CLEAR TAPE ONLY. Masking tape, brown tape or courier adhesive tape may not be used. Pleasedo not write on, mark or otherwise damage the original product packaging.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email hello@lighting.co.za with your order number and return request. Our Customer Care team will provide you with the return and delivery instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions from our team.
ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please inspect your order on delivery. If someone accepts the delivery on your behalf, please ask them to check it for visible damage too.
Visible courier damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery/signing the waybill.
Email hello@lighting.co.za with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage, and our team will assist you.
Lighting.co.za will not accept responsibility for any visible damages not reported within this time frame.
DAMAGE & INSTALLATION Returns or warranty claims will not apply where damage has resulted from:
- Normal wear and tear - Load shedding, power surges or sudden/unplanned power outages - Incorrect installation - Products being modified, adjusted or tampered with
All hardwired products must be installed by a qualified tradesperson or electrician.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For all Lighting Products:
Simply wipe down with a damp cloth (microfiber if possible) and only water, do not use any abrasive cleaning detergents. Under no circumstances must self-adhesive tape price tickets be attached to a lighting article. The chemical in the self-adhesive could damage the fitting.
Outdoor Lighting Items must be cleaned every two weeks especially in Coastal Areas.
For all Decor Items:
Wipe with a clean cloth dampened with a mixture of water and a mild dishwashing detergent if thorough cleaning is necessary — do not use abrasive brushes as this will cause scratching. Dry it immediately
Wipe with a dry, clean cloth for general maintenance and dust it with a duster.
Make sure to store your furniture in a dry indoor place when not in use.
If you want to leave your chairs, stools and tables outdoors, protect them with waterproof covers in winter and in the rainy season.
Do not leave furniture exposed to direct sunlight (especially darker colours) for long periods of time.
Even though most outdoor products are now UV treated, long periods in direct sunlight will still cause some fading.
